Bots, macros, modified clients, or any automation that plays, attacks, collects, trains, or creates an advantage without the player actively participating are prohibited.
Do not duplicate items, currency, or rewards, and do not repeat an issue to gain an advantage. Stop using the behavior and report the steps and evidence to the team.
Real-life threats, discrimination, harassment, spam, impersonating team members, and deliberately offensive names have no place in Alchemia.
Do not advertise accounts, characters, items, or Coins for real money outside official channels and systems. The team does not guarantee transactions made outside the portal.
The team may preserve logs, remove illegitimate gains, and issue warnings, temporary suspensions, or bans based on severity, repeated behavior, and impact on the world.
Alchemia’s magic relies on a fair world. Any breach of this code may lead to a temporary or permanent account ban, based on severity, impact and repeat violations. Warnings are not mandatory before measures against fraud, deliberate exploitation or threats.
Do not use discriminatory names or messages, real threats, harassment or staff impersonation. Do not disclose other people’s personal data.

Do not publish details of an exploitable issue. Send the report through the support channel so we can reproduce and fix it safely.
