Grand Ice Wave
Grand Glacius Wave releases a ten-cell ice wave. Frost Wolf freezes at most one legal non-boss victim per cast; hard-control duration is capped and follows PvP diminishing returns.
Same base formula as spell ID 518. Minimum = (Level × 0.78 + Magic Level × 1.25) + 36; Maximum = (Level × 1.08 + Magic Level × 1.72) + 58
Final damage = base damage × (1 + Spell Power × 0.00025) × eligible modifiers. There is no global composed cap; each effect retains its own limits and combination rules.
