Same base formula as spell ID 418. Minimum = (Level × 0.95 + Magic Level × 1.15) + 20; Maximum = (Level × 1.25 + Magic Level × 1.55) + 32
Each component is calculated separately. Magic damage = base × (1 + Spell Power × 0.00025) × eligible modifiers. Physical damage does not receive Spell Power. There is no global composed cap; each effect retains its own limits and combination rules.
